What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, or money orders.
Do you stock all the moulding profiles?
No, we offer too many different profiles to stock all of them. However, we do not have a minimum order quantity. Our lead time is 2 to 2-1/2 weeks for profiles and/or species that we do not stock.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel custom moulding orders please let us know as soon as possible and if it has not been put into production it can be canceled. Stock orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
Most of our orders that are 95 inches and shorter will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Longer length and large orders we will ship LTL.
How much is the shipping cost?
Our sales team will get you a shipping quote depending on the size and length of the moulding order. We usually use the cheapest dependable carrier.
What is Mouldings One’s return policy?
We strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the quality please let us know within 60 days and we will either replace or return the items. We can not accept returns on custom mouldings unless there is a problem with the quality or they way it has been cut.
What wood species do you offer?
Our wood species are pretty much unlimited. If it is available we should be able to mill it.
Can you match my existing moulding?
Yes, if you provide us with a drawing or sample of an existing moulding we can duplicate it.
Besides mouldings, what other products to you offer?
We also sell Interior Doors, Stair Parts, Door Hardware, Columns, Barn Door Hardware, Butcher Block Countertops, and Cutting Boards.
How far do you ship your mouldings?
We ship anywhere in the US
Is it possible to get samples of your mouldings before I order?
Yes, if you get a list of moulding profiles you would like we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We are planning on building a new house, how can you help?
We offer free take-offs and estimates for your new construction or remodeling project.
What is the set-up fee for?
Basically that is a minimum order charge that covers our cost to set-up our moulder, pull lumber, and rip the material.
Do you offer pre-finished mouldings?
Yes, we have dozens of standard stain colors to choose from or we can custom match an existing color. We also offer priming for your mouldings that you want to paint.
