Shipping
Most of our orders that are 96 inches and less will ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. The orders will be delivered by courier and placed at the front door or any other entry points to the home of the specified address. Large orders or products 97 inches and more will ship by Less-Than-Truckload (LTL). All deliveries via LTL, that is not curbside or white glove delivery, must be unloaded by the customer and is the customer’s responsibility to check all products before accepting the order. The carrier will call ahead and schedule a delivery time.
Local Deliveries
All orders delivered locally will be unloaded and placed in the garage of new construction sites. We do not require anyone present at the delivery site if there is access to the garage. If access to the garage is unavailable from the driveway, we will require someone’s assistance to carry the materials from the street. Our delivery driver will not carry any material into the home. Any errors, damage, or shortage shall be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. All claims must be reported within 5 business days. All materials to be returned must be placed in the garage before the scheduled pick-up date.
Returns
All non-stock and custom orders are non-returnable. All in-stock products will be accepted for return accompanied by a copy of the receipt and approval from Mouldings One within 90 days of the purchased date. Any items that are damaged, soiled, cut, or altered in any way are non-returnable. Any defective item must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
Damage During Shipment
We take great care of preparing your order for shipment. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged during shipment and is visible at arrival, please have the delivery driver note the damage before signing for the proof of delivery receipt. If your order is damaged to the point where it is unusable, refuse the shipment and we will produce a replacement order and ship it to you as soon as possible. If there is concealed damage to your order and you find the product to be unacceptable, please notify Mouldings One within one business day. If there are any other defective items, we will replace them promptly with shipping at our expense.
