What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and money orders.
Do you stock all the moulding profiles?
No, we offer too many different profiles to stock them all. However, we do not have a minimum order quantity. Lead times for non-stocked and custom profiles may vary throughout the year. Please contact our team to confirm current production times.
Can I cancel my order?
Custom moulding orders can be canceled only if production has not started. Once material has entered production, cancellations are not permitted. Stock orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders 96 inches and under typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Longer or larger orders ship via LTL freight carriers.
LTL freight deliveries are curbside by default. The customer is responsible for unloading the material from the rear of an enclosed freight trailer.
Optional services such as liftgate delivery, flatbed delivery, or side-unload service are available upon request and must be specified at the time of quote. Additional charges will apply.
The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on order size, length, weight, and delivery requirements. Our sales team will provide a quote using the most cost-effective and dependable carrier. Additional services such as liftgate, flatbed, or special access delivery may affect pricing.
What is Mouldings One’s return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 60 days for a replacement or return. Custom mouldings are non-returnable unless there is a defect in quality or cutting. Installed or altered materials are not eligible for return.
What wood species do you offer?
We offer a wide range of wood species. If it’s available, we can likely mill it.
Can you match my existing moulding?
Yes, we can match existing mouldings with a physical sample or detailed drawing. Tooling charges and minimum footage requirements may apply.
Besides mouldings, what other products do you offer?

How far do you ship your mouldings?
We ship anywhere in the U.S.
Is it possible to get samples of your mouldings before I order?
Yes, you can order up to 10 moulding samples for a flat fee of $14.99. Samples are 6 inches long and typically made from Poplar. You can order samples directly on our website—just let us know which profiles you're interested in.
We are planning on building a new house, how can you help?
We offer free take-offs and estimates for new construction or remodeling projects.
What is the set-up fee for?
The setup fee covers the cost of setting up our moulder, pulling lumber, and preparing material for production. This fee applies to custom and non-stock profiles.
Do you offer pre-finished mouldings?
Yes. We offer primed mouldings as well as dozens of standard stain colors or custom color matching. Visit our Prefinishing page to explore available options.
